The Wonderlic Personnel Test is now known as the Wonderlic Cognitive Ability Test. This group intelligence test gauges how good a prospective employee is in solving problems and learning while on the job. Exam takers have 12 minutes to answer 50 multiple choice items. A score of 20 would indicate average intelligence, while a score of 10 suggests literacy.
